I was really avoiding jumping into this, but since the accuser’s character and mental stability are being called into question and it’s not legally wise for her to defend herself on TUMBLR of all places, I have to.
I saw the bruises. They were all I needed to see to know she was telling the truth.
I didnt question his innocence for even a moment and neither should you. When the accuser is a mentally unstable, attention seeking user of a person, it definitely requires more thought. Domestic abuse is no laughing matter, no matter who the accuser is. Violence is never the answer, and it saddens me as a woman when someone abuses the system that is put in place to protect us. I cannot begin to understand why someone would go to this extreme, but the only people she is hurting are the many women who actually are abused and look to the police for help. Domestic abuse charges are often not taken seriously by the police as it is, and cases like this just make it worse. The Little Boy Who Cried Wolf didnt have a happy ending….in case people forgot.
However the allegations against me are 100% not true. In cases of domestic abuse there’s an assumption not of innocence but of guilt so half of you won’t believe me. I hope we can put this behind us and move on with our lives as quickly as possible.
